At Scripture Styles, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zacharysclosetllc@gmail.com

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, Scripture Styles may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after being placed. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered production.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Scripture Styles is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Final Sale

All purchases are considered final sale, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect as described above.
